  • Maintain accurate records across contracts, visas and compliance requirements
  • Verify workload data input and ensure that service fee payments are made in a timely manner
  • Support visa and work permit processes, including tracking timelines and documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for academic staff, responding to queries and directing matters appropriately
  • Liaise with internal teams including Academic Operations, Registrar and People & Culture
  • Facilitate communication between academics and partner institutions
  • Assist with performance review coordination and documentation (non-decision making)
  • Support reporting, documentation and continuous improvement of processes
  • Ensure academics feel informed, supported and connected throughout their engagement

Above all, you’ll help ensure that our international academics feel supported, informed and set up for success.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in international higher education or academic operations
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Confidence working with contracts, policies and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong cultural awareness

  • Familiarity with academic or regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Cloud Campus)

If you’re motivated by international education, enjoy working behind the scenes to support people and programs and want to contribute to high‑quality academic delivery on a global scale – we’d love to hear from you.
