Keith is a distinguished academic and university leader with over 35 years of extensive experience across the UK, Middle East, and Asia. He has previously held top positions including President of the University of Kurdistand-Hewler in Iraq, President of Bahrain University, and Head of Academics and Quality Assurance at Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.

Keith holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Sociology from the University of London. He is recognised for his expertise in academic quality assurance, strategic planning, and university governance, with a proven track record of leading university growth, establishing international partnership, and innovating academic frameworks.

An accomplished researcher and author, Keith has contributed extensively to higher education policies, accreditation processes, and international collaborations.
