Postdoctoral Research Fellows delivers discipline-based research across STEM areas including chemical and biological sciences, mechanical engineering, computing, and health sciences. Operating in Hainan, these roles undertake structured research aligned to institutional and partner priorities, contribute to collaborative and project-based research initiatives, and produce scholarly outputs including publications and research reports. The position also supports selected teaching and academic activities where required, integrating research into teaching and contributing to the development of student disciplinary capability. Within the research and teaching model, the fellow will focus on research execution, output development, and contribution to research capability within academic teams. The position collaborates with academic staff, contributes to research-informed curriculum where relevant, and participates in supervision and broader academic activity as appropriate. The position ensures research and academic quality through rigorous research practice, contribution to evidence-based teaching, and alignment with institutional and partner standards.
