教学管理助理 Academic Operation Officer

Academic Operations Officer (AO) supports the coordination and delivery of teaching operations across academic programs within the Academic Affairs Office. Operating across Fujian, Jiangsu, and Hainan as well as various other locations across China, the role manages core administrative and operational processes including timetable coordination, class scheduling, teaching logistics, and academic documentation. The position works closely with academic staff to ensure teaching activities are delivered as planned, supports communication between campuses and central teams, and maintains accurate operational records to support program delivery. The role focuses on operational control, maintaining core processes, and coordination across multiple delivery locations. The position supports academic staff in the implementation of teaching activities, monitors delivery against planned schedules, and resolves operational issues to maintain continuity. The position ensures operational quality through accurate coordination, clear communication, and adherence to established academic and administrative standards.
