International Education Management Conference (IEMC) is AIFE’s flagship international conference, created to bring together educators, university leaders, and international education professionals from around the world. As its name reflects, the conference focuses on management and development of international education, while strengthening meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and lasting partnerships between Chinese and foreign universities.

IEMC provides a welcoming platform for participants involved in international collaboration programs and education management to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore new opportunities for cooperation. Beyond the conference sessions, it offers valuable opportunities for our partner universities to deepen their understanding of AIFE, connect with our team, and build relationships that inspire future collaborations.

Over the years, the conference has brought together experienced speakers and practitioners from universities in China and around the world. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions, and case studies, participants have explored a wide range of topics, shared successful initiatives, and exchanged practical insights into management and delivery of international education.

International Education Management Conference (IEMC) is held biennially in China. IEMC provides a platform for partners from around the world to come together and exchange insights on compliance, new ideas, and models in international education management. It’s a time to celebrate the achievements of our partnerships and to foster greater collaboration for the future.

Hand-in-Hand

Our Hand-in-Hand Workshops are held annually for partners from different regions to engage in deep discussions on questions or issues related to the operation of transnational education programs. These workshops provide an invaluable opportunity for meaningful dialogue and problem-solving, strengthening the bonds of collaboration among our partners.

Women's Leadership Forum

AIFE is committed to promoting diversity and empowering women in leadership. We’ve initiated the Women’s Leadership Forum, providing young female students and staff with opportunities to grow and learn from successful women female leaders. Through spotlighting models and sharing sessions, we aim to inspire and support the next generation of female leaders in the field of international education.
