A unique opportunity to support a successful founder, manage a sophisticated family office and help identify future investment opportunities.

AEMG Education is seeking a highly capable, commercially astute and relationship-focused professional to join our organisation as General Manager – Family Office & Executive Support.

This is a highly trusted position supporting the Founder across a dynamic portfolio of business, investment and personal interests. Working at the centre of a fast-moving family office, you will coordinate key activities, manage stakeholder relationships and play an active role in identifying and researching investment opportunities across diverse sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, enjoys variety and ambiguity, and excels at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

About Us

AEMG Education is a leading international education organisation headquartered in Melbourne, partnering with more than 70 education and research institutions across Australia and around the world. Through our global operations, we help students and academics access life-changing education opportunities.

Alongside AEMG and AIFE, the Founder maintains a diverse portfolio of interests spanning education, private investments, property and other ventures both in Australia and internationally.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as the central coordination point for family office operations, investment activities and executive support functions.

You will work closely with professional advisers, wealth managers, lawyers, accountants, bankers and key stakeholders whilst supporting the Founder to stay informed and focused on strategic priorities.

Importantly, you will actively research and identify investment opportunities, conduct preliminary analysis and coordinate due diligence activities. While you will contribute valuable insights and support decision-making processes, the ultimate investment decisions will remain with the Founder and family.
