Shape Talent. Influence Leaders. Drive Better Ways of Working.
Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys influencing outcomes and isn’t afraid to make decisions?
AEMG Education and the Australia Institute of Future Education (AIFE) are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of academic, professional, operational and leadership roles. This is more than a recruitment role. We’re looking for a trusted advisor who can partner with leaders, improve recruitment and onboarding practices, and help drive better ways of working across the organisation.
About Us
AEMG Education is a leading international education organisation headquartered in Melbourne, working with more than 70 education and research institutions worldwide. Together with AIFE, a TEQSA-accredited higher education provider, we support students, academics and education professionals across Australia and around the globe.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle from role approval through to onboarding, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage and secure exceptional talent.
You’ll provide expert recruitment advice, develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and create outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
We’re on a journey to continuously improve how we attract, hire and onboard talent.
While we have strong foundations in place, we’re not pretending to have everything perfected. This role offers a genuine opportunity to influence how recruitment and onboarding are delivered across the organisation. You’ll bring fresh ideas, challenge existing approaches and help embed more effective ways of working that create better experiences for candidates, hiring managers and new employees.
If you’re someone who enjoys building, improving and making a visible impact, you’ll find plenty of opportunity here.

- Experience within higher education, international education or professional services
- Strong sourcing capability and experience using LinkedIn, SEEK and other recruitment platforms
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Confidence to make informed decisions and drive outcomes
- Experience developing onboarding programs and partnering with managers to create effective 30, 60 and 90-day onboarding plans
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
The Person We’re Looking For
