LMS Maintenance Officer supports the operation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) across AIFE academic programs. Operating across Beijing and Hainan, the role manages course setup, user access, content structures, and system configurations to ensure the LMS accurately reflects teaching delivery requirements. The position works closely with academic, operations, and the learning and development teams to support subject builds, resolve system issues, and maintain the integrity and usability of the platform for staff and students.
